Within the framework of the execution of the State Budget, 2020 financial year, the Mayor of Bonalea Council, Contracting Authority, launches on behalf of his Council, an invitation to tender for the supply of minimum package to public schools of Bonalea Council, Mungo Division, Littoral Region.

The equipment subject of this contract include the supply of minimum package to school.

The estimated cost of the operation is 8 816 000 (Eight millions eight hundred and sixteen thousand) CFA francs.

The supply constitute into on (01) single lot.

The participation of tender file is open to Cameroonian enterprises.

The operation subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the 2019 MINEDUB Budget.

The tender file can be consulted and obtained as from the publication of the present invitation to tender at the Secretariat of the Mayor of Bonalea Council, P.O. Box 94 Nkapa, Phone: 652 02 68 57 / 696 48 69 09 / 694 18 98 22, against payment of a non-refundable sum of 15 000 (Fifteen thousand) francs CFA at the Bonalea Municipal Treasure.

Each offer drafted in English or French in seven copies including one (01) original and seven (07) copies marked as such must be numbered and deposited not later than 22^nd June 2020at 12 am, should reach at the Secretariat of the Mayor of Bonalea Council (Municipal Treasure at Souza), P.O. Box 94 Nkapa, Phone: 652 02 68 57 / 696 48 69 09 / 694 18 98 22, and carry the inscription: 

“NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
CONSULTATION N° 01 /C/C-BONALEA/CIPM/2020 OF 01^st JUNE 2020
FOR THE SUPPLY OF MINIMUM PACKAGES TO PUBLIC SCHOOLS OF BONALEA COUNCIL, MOUNGO DIVISION, LITTORAL REGION
TO BE OPENED ONLY DURING THE BID OPENING SESSION”.

The maximum delivery deadline provided for by the Contracting Authority shall be one (01) month and the place is Bonalea Council.

Each bidder shall include in his/her administrative documents, a bid bond of 176 320 (One hundred and seventy six thousand three hundred and twenty) francs CFA, for each lot, issued by a first rate-bank approved by the Ministry of Finance.
Under pain of rejection, the administrative documents required, must be produces in originals or true copies certified by the issuing service or an administrative authority (Senior Divisional Officer, Divisional Officer …).
 They must not be older than three (03) months preceding the original date of submission of bids or must have been established after the signing of the tender notice.
Any incomplete offer in accordance with the prescriptions of tender file shall be declared inadmissible, especially the absence of a bid bond issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the 22^nd June 2020 at 13 am, local time, by the Bonalea Council Internal Tenders Board, at the Bonalea City Hall (Municipal Treasure at Souza).
Only bidders may attend or duly represented by a person of their choice who has a good knowledge of their bids.

• Usage of fraudulent or scan documents;
• A score below 16/20

 Essential criteria

• Access to a credit or other financial resources;
• Bidder’s References;
• Presentation.

The award of the contract shall be done to the bidder having presented offers in conformity with the Notice of Request for Quotation and evaluated as being financially the lowest bid.

Bidders will remain committed to the offers during ninety (90) days, from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
