The participation to the present Call of Offer is opened to equality of conditions to enterprises or grouping of enterprises of Public Works of straight Cameroonian.

The file of Call of Offer will be obtained to the Mayoralty ofSANA, on presentation of a receipt of payment to the Municipal Receipt of a sum refundable not of 40.000 (forty thousand) FCFA to the title of purchase expense of file.This receipt will have to identify the payer as representing the desirous Enterprise to participate in the Call of Offer.'

automatically at the latest thirty (30) days after the expiration of the validity of offer them for the soumissionnaires not having been retained. In the case where the soumissionnaire is attributaire the market, the provisional surety will be liberated after constitution of the definitive surety.
