5.Participation et origine New(Additif)

The participation to the present Call of Offer is opened to equality of conditions to enterprises or grouping of enterprises of Public Works of straight Cameroonian.

6.Financement New(Additif)

Work object of the present Call of Offer are financed by the Budget of the Ministry of Publics Works, Exercise 2024.

7.Consultation du Dossier New(Additif)

The File of Call of Offer can be consulted to the secretary particular of Mayorof BANA,

8.Acquisition du Dossier New(Additif)

The file of Call of Offer will be obtained to the Mayoralty ofBANA, on presentation of a receipt of payment to the Municipal Receipt of a sum refundable not of 60.000 (sixthy thousand) FCFA to the title of purchase expense of file.This receipt will have to identify the payer as representing the desirous Enterprise to participate in the Call of Offer.

10.Delai de Livraison New(Additif)

The global execution period of works is 03 month calendar. This period runs to count the date of notification in the order service to begin works.

11.Cautionnement Provisoire New(Additif)

Offer the will have to be accompanied by a provisional surety (banking submission guarantee) of an amount of :760.000 (seven hundred and sixthy thousand) valid FCFA during thirty (30) days beyond the original validity date of offer them, establish according to the model indicated in the File of Call of Offer, by a financial establishment of 1st order accepted by the Minister in cost of finances.The provisional surety will be liberated

12.Recevabilité des Offres New(Additif)
