Participation in this invitation to tender is open on equal terms to all Cameroonian law firms with expertise in the field of buildings and public works.
The works that are the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the Public Investment budget 2024.

The Tender Document can be obtained during working hours from the Senior Divisional Officer for the Upper Nkam Contracts (Service of infrastructure contract) located beside the Municipal Stadium, at the underground floor of the Finance Hotel building Bafang against presentation of a receipt of payment at the public Treasury a non-refundable sum of 30 000 (Thirty thousand) CFA francs, representing the cost of acquisition of the Tender

Eliminatory Criteria
The Eliminatory criteria set out the minimum requirements for admission to the next essential evaluation criteria. Failure to comply with these
criteria lead to rejection of the tender. These include :
Absence of bid bond at the opening;
False declaration or falsified documents
Incomplete or non-compliant administrative file 48 hours after opening
Incomplete financial offer.;
Absence of a quantified unit price;
Presence in the director of failing companies published by MINMAP
Technical score less then 70%;
Absence of purchase receipt from the DAO upon opening.
Essential criteria
The essential criteria are those so-called primary key or to judge the technical and financial capacity of the candidates to perform the Works,
subject of the Listing Application.
The main criteria for quali~cation details of which are found in Exhibit 12 of this DAO include:
The presentation of the offer (02 criteria);
Supplier's references (05 criteria)
Experience of supervisory staff (06 criteria);
Material and essential equipment (06 criteria);
Methodology of execution (05 criteria);
Financial capacity of the bidder (01 criteria).
