Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirernents of this invitation te tender.

Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the Public lnvestment Budget of the 2017 financial year as follows:

"To be opened only during the Bid opening session.

The maximum deadline provided by the Projet Owner or Contracting Autority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months.

Under pain of being rejected, only originels or certified true copies from the issuing service or administrative authorities (Senior Divisional Officers, Divisional Officers, etc.) of the documents required must imperatively be produced in accordance with the special conditions of the Invitation to tender. They must not be older than three (03) months.

Any bid not in conformity with the prescriptions - of this notice and tender file shall be declared inadmissible. EspeCially the absence of a bid bond issued by an approved bank by the Ministry in charge of Finance or the non-respect of the models of the Tender File documents shall lead to outright rejection of the bid without appeal.

The bids shall be opened in e single (01) hase on the

local time by the Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of the Konye Council Chambers. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney

Main Eliminatory Criteria

A bid shall be rejected if:

• It lacks any Administrative document;
• The technical score is less than the minimum required;
• It has any fake or forged document; It carries any false information.

Main Qualification criteria

The criteria for qualification of candidates should be on the following:

• Access to credit or other financial sources (9 million francs at least) Yes / No
• References of similar jobs; Yes / No Availability of material and essentiel equipment   Yes /No
• Experience of supervisory staff Yes / No
• Methodology Yes/No
• Qualified personnel relevant to the job.

Non-respect of two (02) of the above criteria shall entail rejection of the bid.

The Contract shall be awared to the bidder fulfilling the technical and finacial condition.

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
