This call for tenders is open to all qualified national companies specialised in the domain of building construction.

10.Delai de Livraison New(Additif)

The deadline provided by the Contracting Authority for the execution of this project shah be two (02) months.

11.Cautionnement Provisoire New(Additif)

Each bidder must include in his Administrative Documents a bid bond of two hundred and forty thousand (240 000).This must be issued by a bank recognized by the Ministry of Finance, as specified on Document 12 of this tender file and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

13.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

Bids shall be opened in the Library in the National School of Local Administration (NASLA) in Buea, on 19/0612024 at 11 am by the National School of Local Administration Tenders Board in the presence of the bidders or their duly authorised representatives.

Eliminatory criteria:

- The absence of a bid bond - Falsification of documents.

- Obtaining a Technical score of less than 28 on 40 yes

Essential criteria:

Technical bids shall be evaluated on the basis of essential criteria below using a binary (Yes/No) scale.

A - Presentation of tender: (Maximum 4 yes)

B - References of the Enterprise- (Previous experience on construction projects) (Maximum 7 yes)

C - Proof of availability of relevant equipment to be used for the project:(Maximum 5 yes)

Only bids which obtain a technical score of 28 on 40 shall be submitted for financial analysis. NB: Each item may score more than one Yes/No (see Technical Evaluation of Bids).

15.Attribution New(Additif)

The contract shall be awarded on the basis of the lowest bid fulfilling the technical and financial conditions.

16.Durée Validité des Offres New(Additif)

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of ninety (90) days with effect from the tender submission deadline
