The estimated cost of the operation following prior studies stand is cinquantc- . six millions six .. cent soixante-neuf mille six cent soixantc-trois (56 669 663) FCFA FCFA all taxes.

The works shall be in one (01) lot defined as follows: for the construction of municipal motel in BANA council, upper-Nkam division

Participation in this Invitation totender is opened to all Cameroonian enterprises having skills in the field of buildings and public works and which justify adequate skills in the area concerned.

Works subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the Public Investment Budget (PIB), exercise 2024.

The tender file may be consulted during working hours at the Particular Secretariat of the Mayor of BANA Council, from the publication of the present invitation to tender.

The tender file can be obtainedfrom the during working hours at the Particular Secretariat of the Mayor of BANA Council,· as. soon as this notice is published against payment of a non- refundable deposit sum of 75 000 (seventy five thousand) francs CFA payable at IlANA municipal Treasury.

Each offer drafted in French or English in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the.Particular Secretariat of the Mayor of BANA Council, not later than the 25 JUIN 2024 at 10 o'clock 00 p.m

The maximum execution deadline provided for by the Project Owner for the execution .of · works subject of this tender shall be/our (04) months.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first rate- bank Approved by the Ministry of Finance featuring on the listing document 12 of the Tender File of an amount 1130 000 (one million one hundred and thirty thousand) FCFA and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of the validity of the offers. Under pain of being rejected, the Provisional bid bond required shall be produced in original.

Under pain of being rejected, the administrative documents required, must be produced in or true certified copies by the issuing service or administrative authority in accordance. with the special conditions of the invitation to tender. They must be delivered three (03) months before the submission of offers or three months after the launching of this national invitation to tender. Any offer not in conformity with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shall be declared inadmissible, especially the absence of administrative document. .

Bids shall be opened in one phase. The administrative, technical and financial bids shall be opened oe 5 JUIN 2024. at 11 0' clock 00 p.m. by the Internal Procurement Commission attached. to the BANA council. This will be done at the Deliberations hall in the presence of bidders or mandated representatives, who have a perfect knowledge of the bids.

he contracting authority will award the contracts to the bidder whose bid is evaluated to be the least cost, fulfilling the technical and financial capacities required. Bidders who present anormally low bids would be disqualified following regulation in place which prescribes obtention the expertise of Public Contract Regulatory Agency (PCRA) after seeking explanation from the bidder concerned. ·
The successful bidder is invited to present as soon as possible after signing of the award decision, than within seven days and under -penalty of annulment of that decision awarding the Private Secretary of the Mayor ofBANA for the establishment and the subscription of its market.

Bidders will remain committed to their offers for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
