The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Buea hereby launches Open National Incitation te Tender No.0004/UONIT/TB/UB/24 of 22/05/2024 for the Supply of a Service Vehicle for the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Buea.

The services of this supply comprise purchasing, transportation, delivery and reception of the vehicles at the University of Buea main campus

The estimated cost alter preliminary studies is 100,000,000 (one hundred million) FCFA

Participation in this invitation to tender is open to ail Cameroon based qualified registered enterprises that must have proven expertise in the domain of supply of vehicles.

Supplies which constitute the subject of this invitation to Tender shah! be financed by the 2024 budget of the University of Buea. Programme 119 Article 119910 Paragraph 220010

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond of 2,000,000 (two million) FCFA issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry of Finance and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids. (See Document 12 of Tender file) as follows

The bids shall be opened in a single phase. The opening of administrative, technical and financial bids will be on 13/06/24 at 01:00 p.m local time by the University of Buea Tenders Board in the Board Room of the Central Adininistration Building.

Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person

-                      Absence of a bid bond

-                      Falsified documents;

-                      Obtaining a technical score of less than 27 yeses out of 38;

-                      Absence of a prospectus accompanied by the technical sheets from the

manufacturer;

14.2 Essential criteria

Technical bids shall be evaluated on the basis of essential criteria outlined below.

The jobbing order shall be awarded on the basis of the lowest bid fulfilling tl technical and financial conditions.

Bidders will remain committed to their offers for 90 days from the deadline set for tf submission of bids.
