The Government of thé Republic of Cameroon has received funding from the World Bank to finance the Emergency Project to Combat Food Crisis (PULCCA), and intends to use part of this funding to make payments under the Contract relating to "the acquisition of complementary consumables at the PMU in two lots (lot 1- Office consumables: reams of paper, folders, pens, cardboard folders, chrono, archive boxes etc. lot 2 - Computer consumables: inks, toner etc.)".

The Emergency Project to Combat Food Crisis (PULCCA) is seeking closed tenders from eligible and suitably qualified bidders for the supply of complementary consumables to the PMU in two lots (lot 1- Office consumables: reams of paper, folders, pens, cardboard folders, chrono, archive boxes etc.^- lot 2 - Computer consumables: inks, toner etc.).
The place of delivery will be the headquarters of the PULCCA Management Unit, located at Quartier Karata, Limbe ler, Mokunda Road, R+2 tiled building with the roof painted red around June 20, 2024.
Procurement will be conducted by National Competitive Bidding (NCB) as defined in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for Borrowers Seeking Investment Project Financing" November 2020 edition, and open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in said Regulations.

Interested and eligible bidders may obtain information from the Emergency Food Security Project (PULCCA); the Procurement Unit - upmpulcca@gmail.com and review the tender documents during office hours from 08:00 to 15:30 at the address mentioned below. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain a complete bidding document in French by submitting a written request to the address below, in return for a non-refundable payment of fifteen thousand (15,000) CFA francs. The method of payment will be: cash, cheque, bank transfer to BICEC, Yaoundé Central Agency or to any of the eleven (11) BICEC branches, to account no. 335 988 Client's name: "Compte special CAS-ARMP". A Bid Guarantee is required in the amount of 900,000 FCFA for each lot. It will be issued by an authorised structure in Cameroon.

Bids must be submitted to the following address no later than Thursday, 20/06/2024 at 13H00 local time. Electronic submission of bids will not be permitted. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives and any person ehoosing to be present at the address mentioned below on 20/06/2024 at14H00 local time.

Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the beneficial ownership of the successful Bidder, as part of the Contract Award Notification, using the Beneficial Owner Disclosure Form as included in the bid document.
