RELAUNCH OF OPEN TENDER COMMUNIQ NO WBC/65/108/ONITAVBCITB/28 MAI 2020 bYEMERGENCY PROCEDURE.THE LORD MAYOR OFWmnCUM/BOFFE COUNCIL REQUESTS All companies interested in the Open National Invitation toTenderN° 001/ONITAVBC/ITB/2020 OF 22/01/2020 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF TWO CLASSROOMS IN G.S ABEDU WIDIKUM, MOMO DIVISION, NORTH WEST REGION, should purchase and submit Bids for the above mentioned project on or before 16th of June 2020.The purchase of the Draft Tender can be done at the secretariat of the Widikum- Boffe Council Chambers during working hours

	Au lieu de ... Thetender tile inthree(03) volumes shallbe enclosed inthree sealed envelopes. >Envelope A containing the administrative documents(Volume1); > Envelope B containing the technical offer(Volume2); >Envelope C containing the financial offer(Volume3). The three volumes shall then been closed in a single sealed envelope bearing only the reference of the tender in question.The different documents of each offer shall be numbered as indicated inthe tender and separated by dividers of thesame colour. Each offer or bid drafted in English or French in seven (07)copies including the original and six(06) copies marked assuch in accordance with the prescriptions of the tender file should be submitted against areceipt at the Widikum council Hall not later than 26/02/2020 at 10a.m loca ltime and should carry the inscription: "Open National Invitation to Tender, " N° 001/ONIT/WBC/DTB/2020 OF 22/01/2020 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OFA BLOCK OF TWO CLASSROOMS ING.SABEDU WIDIKUM SUB DIVISION, MOMO DIVISION, NORTH-WEST REGION. «To be opened only during the bid opening session » The offers or the bids submitted after the stipulated deadline shall not be received.
