The tender documents may be consulted and obtained at the Noun Division Office upon présentation of an original of a non-refundable treasury receipt of payment into ihe Foumban Divisional Treasury as 60 000 frs CFA.

Each offer Drafted in English and French in seven (07) copies, including one (01) origii.ol and six (06) copies, labelled as such, tender shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and against a receipt at the unit of launching of tenders of the Noun Divisional Office, not later than 16 JUIL  2024 09 O'clock local time

The deodline of exécution set by the controcting Authority shall be three (03) months.

Each birder must include in the administrative documents a bid bond issued by a firM mate-bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance featuring on the lîst ci documents of the tender sale on amount of 600 000 francs CFA. The provisional Lij bond shall be liberated iater those 30 days after the expiring validity of the tenaer shall not be accepted.
