NORTH WEST DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (MIDENO)
- Mindful of Decree Nº 81/350 of 13/08/81 (amended by Decree Nº 81/54 of 09/02/82) to set up the North West Development Authority (MIDENO);
- Mindful of Decree Nº 2018/791 of 14/12/2028, appointing Mr. Cletus Anye Matoyah, as the Director General of the North West Development Authority (MIDENO);
- Mindful of Decree No 2004/275 of 24/9/2004 instituting the Public Contracts Code;
- Mindful of Circular No 000000026/C/MINFI of 29/12/2023 bearing on the instructions relating to the execution of the Finance Laws, the monitoring and control of the execution of the budget of the State and other public entities for the 2024 fiscal year;
- Mindful of Framework Agreement No 004/FA/MINADER/PULCCA/CSPM/01-2024 of the 14th of February 2024 signed between PULCCA and MIDENO,
- Considering the necessity of service,
HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:
Article I:The Request for manifestation of interest Nº 001/RMI/PULCCA/MIDENO/B/13/84/2024OF 22ND OF FEBRUARY 2024 within the framework of the emergency project to combat food crisis in Cameroon (PULCCA) for the recruitment of a consulting firm to carry out a technical assistance to promote climate smart agriculture (CSA) techniques (lot 1) and the recruitment of a consulting firm to identify and facilitate the organisation and integration of women Refugees/internally displaced persons (IDPS) in local organisations (lot 2) is hereby revoked or cancelled.
Article II: The process is cancelled because The Framework Agreement signed (FA) signed between PULCCA and MIDENO saw the revision of the deliverables and budgetary allocation for the supply of goods, related services and the merging of some services. Consequently the necessity to cancel the already initiated procedure and re-launch it to align with the new dispensation found in the framework agreement cannot be over emphasized.
Article III: This Decision shall be registered and communicated wherever and whenever necessary.
