Within the framework of the Execution of the 2024 investment budget of the South West Regional Assembly, the President of the South West Regional Executive Council hereby launches an open national X invitation to tender for the selection of a consultant for the elaboration of a regional baseline study of
the state of environment of the South West.
The overall goal of this study is to provide a baseline document that presents and analyzes the current state of the environment in the southwest.
· Assess current state of various environmental components and restraining the initiators
· Establish the state of drivers of each division environmental situation by describing each demain;
· Identify the dominant patterns within each of the environment's distinct domaines; and establishing the elements that drive the aforementioned trends.
· Assess the actions taken to manage the environment, which responds to the policies implemented, allows one to look at the results and effects of these policies.
· Defining a response to the new political direction while taking environmental evolution into consideration
The estimated costs for these baseline studies is ten million (10 000 000) F.CFA
The studies subject of this tender is grouped in a single (01) lot
Participation is opened to all duly registered Cameroonian companies with the necessary technical and 11111 financial capacities who are not under suspension by the authority in charge of public contracts.
The service which forms the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by SOUTHWEST REGIONAL ASSEMBLY investment Budget of the 2024 financial year; through Budget Head (imputation) N°: 1204120

3. The tender file may be acquired from the SWRA at the cabinet of the President of SWREC as soon as this notice is published and upon presentation of a non-refundable treasury receipt (payable at the south west regional assembly (SWRA) Treasury bearing the amount of Ten thousand (10 000) FCFA.

The technical score shall be weighted at 70% and financial score at 30
The Jobbing Order shall be awarded to the bidder whose bid is in conformity with the dispositions of 1111
