This Urgent National Invitation to Tender is open to Enterprises experience in the supply of the above Inputs/Materials.

The Bid Opening session shall take place at the Internal Tenders Board office opposite CDC Head office Bota-Limbe on the 11/9/24 at 2:00pm, time in the presence of the Bidders or their duly mandated representatives: Only one Representative per bidder is allowed
: MAIN ELIMINATION CRITERIA: Bids shah be rejected when:
- There is Absence of an Administrative document after 48hours of bid opening.
- They have incomplete technical offert Financial Offers
- They have falsified documents or l'aise dedarations
- They do not conform to the technical specifications
- They do not show proof that the Enterprise is registered with the State to supply agricultural inputs. (From Lot 1 to 3)
- Absence of Bld bond
