The purpose of Ihis call for tenders is the project management for the monitoring and control of
consti-uction nine (09) workshops in technical secondary éducation establishments below: CETIC of
Bogo. CETTC of -Makary. Dalchéka Technical High School,CETIC of Sékoulé, CETIC of Roua, CETIC
D'Ouazzang, CET]C of Gadas, Bilingual Technical High School of Kousserl and CETIC of Kada'a, far
north région, in emergency procédure.

The Countcrparty shall:
♦ Supervise and control the works:
Use Uie graphie documents (exécution plans) for subséquent évaluations of the work;
Follow tlie installation of the site in accordance with tlie plan proposed by the winning
Company;
Control the technical documents including site legs and minutes of site meetings:
Control the conformity of the exécution of Ihe works according to Ihe contractual .
technical prescriptions;
Produce monthly reports showing the quantitative and qualitative exécution of the work;
- Produce a final report showing the quantitative and qualitative exécution of the work;
Propose for the signature of the Head of Service of the markct service orders necessary for
the proper exécution of the vvork;
♦ Ensure qualiiy assurance and the application of cnvironmental proteciion measures:
♦ Endure the establishment of as-buill plans,
