The works which are the subject of this Open Natonal invitation to tender, shall include :

-          PRELIMINARY WORKS ;

-          SIGALISATION OF SECURITIE’S EQUIPMENTS ;

-          VRD-DRAINAGE WORKS ;

-          MASONRY AND CONCRETED WORKS ;

-          CAPENTRY WORKS ;

-          PLUMBING WORKS ;

-          TILES WORKS ;

-          WOOD AND METALLIC WORKS ;

-          PAINT WORKS ;

-          ELECTRICITY WORKS

This framework is define as follow :

This invitation to tender   is open with equal conditions to all entreprises of publics works operating under de Cameroon law  with the experience in the domain of public contract

Work subject to this invitation to tender shall be financed by the, BIP 2024. (Ministry of Publics Works)

The tender file may be consulted during working hours  at the senior divisional office service of Bangante and Divisional Délégation of Publics Works of  NDE

The tender file may be consulted during and acquired at the senior divisional office service of Bangante againts paiement of anon-refundable sum of 100 000 (hunfred tousand) Francs CFA representing the tender fees to the project  to be paid ant the Bangangte(‘s public treasury.

EACH BID DRAFT IN SEVEN (07) copies including one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, under seal, without indicationg the identity of the bider sall be deposited to the senior Nde Divisional office at the service of contract award not later than october 07 at 09.00a.m. local time and shall be labelled. :

For the opening of Bantoum1 (Mavetong) – FA’AGWA (8 km) road, in  Bangangté council, NDE Division, West Région

TO BE OPENED ONLY DURING THE OPENING SESSION ».

The maximum of execution envisaged by the client to the execution of the work is Three (03) calendar months. This period run from the date of notification of the service Order to start work.

Tender must be accopanied by a provisional guarantee (bid security) drawn up in accordance with the model indicated in the tender documents, by a fist-class bank approved by the minister in chatge or finance. The provisional  security shall be automaticatly released not later 30 days afeter the espiry of the validuty of the tender for unsuccessful tenders

In the evenht of rejection of the offer, the other administrative documenets required (valid) must be produced in original and certified copies by the issuing department or an adminitrative authority, dating les than three (03) months.

The opening of the file will be done in one (01) time on the October, 07 at 10.00 am. At the conference hall of the Senior Divisional Office of Bangangte.

Only bidders may attend this opening session, or be represented by a single person (even in case of grouping) or theur choice who has full knowledge of the file.

·          Incompleted administratives documents

·          Administrativedocuments not   conforme an  non régularised withing  48 hours ;

·         Offre financière incomplète ;

·         False déclaration or scaned documents

·         Not be suspended by ARMP ;

·         Obtain less than  70% of essentials criteria ;

·         Omission in the financial offer  of one (01) quantified unit price ;

·         Do not abandoned a public contract on three last years

·         Absence of submission

·         Production of les than seven (07) copies of the offers  ;

·         Absence in the  technica offer of the déclaration on l’honnor ;

2  Essentials Criteria

·         Présentation of the offers  01 criteria;

·         Staff  ; 09 criteria;

·          Références of the entreprise ;  06 criteria;

·         Matérial to be  mobilised ;  10 criteria;

·         Méthodology of the dexécution ;  04 criteria;

The contracting Authority shall award the contract to the lowest bidder in compliance with the tender file

The maximu deadline for the realization of thif project is three (03) months.
