Within the framework of the realization of Limbe III Council housing estate, the Lord Mayor of Limbe III Council hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the completion of works for the construction of Limbe III council housing estate (8 T3 and 16 T2 apartments)

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.

The estimated costs after preliminary study is Two hundred and thirty-one million, two hundred and fifty‑ one thousand, three hundred and eighty-three (231,251,383 FCFA)

The work is not in lots;

The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enteiprises that fultill the requirements of titis invitation to tender

The works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by FEICOM / CFC/ LIMBE III COUNCIL, 2024 financial year;

Interested eligible bidders may obtain furiher information during working holm as from the date of publication of this tender notice, at the Limbe ILI Council

The complete tender file maybe obtained from the Limbe III Council (office of the Communal Development Officer's office) upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable sum of One Hundred and thirty thousand (130,000) FCFA at the Limbe III Municipal Treasury. (7:30 AM TO 3:30PM)

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked

as such, should reach the Limbe III Council (office of the Communal Development Officer's office) on

14/11/2024 at 12.00PM local time and labeled.

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bancaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of this tender file of an amount of Four million, Six hundred and Twenty­five thousand, and thirty (4,625,030) Francs CFA

NB: It is set at 2 % of the estiniated aniount, all taxes inclusive, and ^-with a validity period of ninety (90) days from die date die bids are opened.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on 14/11/2024 at 1PM local time by the LIMBE III COUNCIL Tenders Board at the Limbe III Council at Chop Farm - Bimbia. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney

15.2: MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates will indicatively be on the following:

NE: Only offers that will have totaled at least 70% of 'TES' shall be submitted forfinancial analysis

The Contract shall be awarded to the lowest bidder fulfilling the best technical and financial conditions.

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a validity period of 90 (ninety) days with effect front the date of opening of bids
