Within the framework of improving infield road condition and trop evacuation in Ndian and
Lobe Estates, the General Manager of Pamol Plantations Pic hereby relaunch an Open National invitation to Tender for the supply of a Motor Grader to Pamol Plantations Plc.
The services of this contract comprise notably: (supply of equipment, transportation, handling, setting up and acceptance, as specified in the technical specifications.
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is =150.000.000= (one hundred and fifty-five Million) Francs CFA.
The supplies shall be in single lots, defined as follows:
Supply of a Motor Grader =150.000.000= (one hundred and fifty Million) Francs
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to local enterprises with experience in the
supply of heavy duty equipment
The Supply which comprise the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by PAMOL
budget 2024.

The maximum deadline provided for the delivery of the supplies comprising the subject of this invitation to tender is 90 deys from the date of notification of Service Order to commence.
Bidders must include in their administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry of Finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender Hie. of an amount of =3.000.000= (three million) francs CFA.

The bids shall be opened in a single phase on 08/11/20 at 12: 00 noon, local time by the Pamol Internai Tenders Board situated ai Pamol KARATA Junction, Limbe office.
Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person
Bids shall be rejected when:
· Absence of bid bond, t Ir
· They do not have complete and valid administrative documents,
· They do not have complete Technical / Financial Offers,
· They do net conform to the Technical Specifications,
· They have falsified documents,
· They do not show proof of experience in the supply of heavy road machines.
· They do not meet at least four out of five of the essential criteria

· Non-compliance with the Tender Notice.
· Absence of prospectus accompanied by Technical specification
· Absence of agreement or authorization from manufacturer where applicable
14.2 Essentiel criteria

- Supplier's references (at least two references for similar supplies). Justification should be the first and last pages of the signed Contract/Jobbing Order, Reception Certificate within the last five years. |

The non-respect of at least four (including B & F) out of six of the above criteria shall result to the elimination of the offer.
Any bidder with a complete Administrative offer, who meets up with the technical specifications in accordance with the Tender file and with the lowest financial offer shall be awarded the contract
Bidders will remain committed to their offers for Thirty (30) days from the deadline set for the submission of bids.
