The General Manager of the South West Development Authority (SOWEDA) hereby launches a Request for the Expression of Interest for the Pre-Qualification of Consultancy Firms to elaborate a Management Information System for SOWEDA.
The services that are subject of this request for expression of interest are defined in the Terms of Reference of the assignment.
Participation in this expression of interest is open to ail consultancy firms with sufficient technical competence and national experience in the provision of the services mentioned above.
The services which are the subject of the Invitation to Tender that shah be launched subsequent to this Request for Expression of Interest shah be financed under the 'Contrat-Plan Etat/SOWEDA 2016-2018 Budget, Head BIP/MINADER 2017.

Each Expression of Interest should consist of an Administrative File and a Technical Proposai sealed in separate envelopes, written in English or in French and submitted in five (05) copies each, of which one (01) original and four (04) copies.
All Expressions of Interest should be submitted at the Secretariat of the Director of General Affairs of SOWEDA, P.O. Box 336 Buea, South West Region on or before 04th May 2017 at 12:00 p.m. prompt.
The file shall be contained in a single and sealed envelope addressed to the General Manager of SOWEDA, P.O. Box 336 Buea bearing the inscription:
"Request for Expression of Interest N° 006/REI/SOWEDA/CP/17 of 17/04/2017 for the PreQualification of Firms to elaborate a Management Information System for SOWEDA".
Each Expression of Interest should consist of an Administrative File and a Technical Proposai sealed in separate envelopes, written in English or in French and submitted in five (05) copies each, of which one (01) original and four (04) copies.
