1.      The Government of the Republic of Cameroon has obtained a loan from the World Bank to finance the cost of the Emergency Project to Combat Food Crisis (PULCCA) and intends to use part of the sums granted under this financing to make the payments planned under the contract relating to the construction of thirteen (13) root and tuber storage warehouses in two (02) lots in the Adamaoua + Touboro region .

2.      The Emergency Project to Combat Food Crisis (PULCCA) hereby invites bidders to submit their Offers in a sealed envelope, for the construction of thirteen (13) root and tuber storage warehouses in two (02) lots in the Adamaoua + Touboro region , including the following locations :

The works of lot 01 and lot 02 include the following operations, the list of which is not exhaustive:

1.      The Notice of Expression of Interest (AMI) No.007/AMI/MINADER/PULCCA/UGP/ SPM/SJPM/2024 was launched on AUGUST 20, 2024 for the development of a directory of contractors relating to the said call for tenders. A shortlist of candidates has been established. This Call for Tenders Notice is addressed to the following companies extracted from the directory:

1.      The procedure will be conducted by National Restricted Call for Bidding (NRCB) as defined in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for Borrowers Requesting Financing for Investment Projects" November 2020 edition , and its updates, and open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in the said Regulations.

1.      Eligible and interested bidders may obtain additional information from the PULCCA Management Unit, located at Karata district, Limbe 1st, Mokunda Road, R+2 tiled building with red painted roof or by email. 1.      The Tender Documents may be purchased by any eligible and interested Bidder by submitting a written request to the address below against a non-refundable cash payment of fifty thousand (50,000) CFA Francs . The method of payment will be in cash, check, transfer to BICEC, Central Agency of Yaoundé or to the eleven (11) BICEC agencies, in the Special CAS-ARMP account No. 33598800001-89, Client name: “ Special CAS-ARMP account ”.

NB: Each offer will be written in French or English and in seven (07) copies including one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, plus a USB key containing the offers scanned in PDF file as well as the technical offer and the financial offer in WORD and EXCEL file, and must be sent in sealed envelopes. 1.      The expected duration of the works is six (06) months for each of the two (02) lots from the date of notification of the Start-up Service Order.

1.      Offers must be delivered to the address below no later than NOVEMBER 28, 2024 at 12:00 A.m. (local time; GMT+1) . Electronic submission of bids will not be permitted . Any Bid received after the deadline for submission of bids will be disregarded. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives and any person who wishes to attend the opening of bids at the address indicated below on NOVEMBER 28, 2024  at 1:00 p.m. (local time).
