1.      The Government of the Republic of Cameroon has obtained a loan from the World Bank to finance the cost of the Emergency Project to Combat Food Crisis (PULCCA) and intends to use part of the sums granted under this financing to make the payments provided for under the contract relating to the construction of fourteen (14) onions storage warehouses in three (03) lots in the Far North region.

1.      The Emergency Project to Combat Food Crisis (PULCCA) hereby invites bidders to submit their Offers in a sealed envelope, for the construction of fourteen (14) onions storage warehouses in three (03) lots in the Far North region, comprising the following localities:

The works of lot 01, lot 02 and lot 03 include the following operations, the list of which is not exhaustive:

ü  Preliminary work on all works;

ü  Foundations;

ü  Masonry and elevation;

ü  Framework, roofing and false ceiling;

ü  Aluminum, wood and metal carpentry;

ü  Electricity;

ü  Coating and coating;

ü  Paint ;

ü  Sanitation and VRD;

ü  Taking into account the environmental aspect.

1.      The Notice of Expression of Interest (AMI) No.007/AMI/MINADER/PULCCA/UGP/ SPM/SJPM/2024 was launched on AUGUST 20, 2024 for the development of a directory of contractors relating to the said call for tenders. A shortlist of candidates has been established. This Call for Tenders Notice is addressed to the following companies extracted from the directory:

1.      The procedure will be conducted by National Restricted Call for Bidding (NRCB) as defined in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for Borrowers Requesting Financing for Investment Projects" November 2020 edition and its updates , and open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in the said Regulations.
