1.      The Government of the Republic of Cameroon has obtained a loan from the World Bank to finance the cost of the Emergency Food Security Response Project (PULCCA) and intends to use part of the sums granted under this financing to make the payments planned under the contract relating to the construction of twenty (20) cereal storage warehouses in three (03) lots in the Adamaoua + Touboro region .

1.      The Emergency Project to Combat Food Crisis (PULCCA) hereby invites bidders to submit their Offers in a sealed envelope, for the construction of twenty (20) cereal storage warehouses in three (03) lots in the Adamaoua + Touboro region , including the following localities:

The works of lot 01, lot 02 and lot 03 include the following operations, the list of which is not exhaustive:

ü  Masonry and elevation;

ü  Framework, roofing and false ceiling;

ü  Aluminum, wood and metal carpentry;

1.      The Notice of Expression of Interest (AMI) No.007/AMI/MINADER/PULCCA/UGP/ SPM/SJPM/2024 was launched on august  20, 2024 for the development of a directory of contractors relating to the said call for tenders. A list of companies has been established. This Call for Tenders Notice is addressed to the following companies extracted from the directory:

1.      The procedure will be conducted by National Restricted Call for Bidding (NRCB) as defined in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for Borrowers Requesting Financing for Investment Projects" November 2020 edition , and open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in said Regulations.
