1.      The Government of the Republic of Cameroon has obtained a loan from the World Bank to finance the cost of the Emergency Project to Combat Food Crisis (PULCCA) and intends to use part of the sums granted under this financing to make the payments provided for under the contract relating to the construction of ten (10) root and tuber storage warehouses in two (02) lots in the Eastern region.

1.      The Emergency Project to Combat Food Security (PULCCA) hereby invites bidders to submit their Offers in a sealed envelope, for the construction of ten (10) root and tuber storage warehouses in two (02) lots in the Eastern region, comprising the following locations:

The works of lot 01 and lot 02 include the following operations, the list of which is not exhaustive:

ü  Foundations;

ü  Masonry and elevation;

ü  Framework, roofing and false ceiling;

ü  Aluminum, wood and metal carpentry;

ü  Electricity;

ü  Coating and coating;
