Tenderers must comply with the following CSR standards:
- Number of personnel affiliated to the CNPS: greater than or equal to 3 (online-declaration of the last 03 months);
- Fair remuneration (attach DIPE or salary statements);
- Respect of the principle of the promotion of the gender: justify at least 20% of feminine gender in the staff (attach the DIPE, the list of the staff as well as the ratio gender);
- Liability insurance covering the current financial year (attach insurance policy).
