The Mayor of NKAMBE Council, Contracting Authority, hereby launches under Emergency Procedure an Open National Invitation to tender for the connection of Electricity to the NKAMBE Council Town Hall, in NKAMBE Sub Division The Works to be realized include,
- Constructing an MT three phase network on 1.5 km ,
- Supply and install an MT three phased transformer post of 100 kva;
- Constructing a BT network on 600 ml ;
- Paying the various services including the costs for studies and connection to ENEO network,

Participation in this Invitation to tender is open to all Cameroonian Companies that have experience in the execution of electrification works.

The said works shall be financed jointly as per the convention signed between FEICOM and NKAMBE Council assigned to the Mayor NKAMBE Council as Authorizing Officer within the budgets of 2017, Project estimated cost. 31 028 974 FCFA (thirty one million and twenty eight thousand nine hundred and seventy four francs ATI)

The tender files will be obtained on presentation of a payment into the Nkambe Council Municipal treasury of a non-refundable sum. representing the cost of acquisition of the tender file which is fifty one thousand (51 000) Francs CFA, When obtaining the tender documents, bidder must get registered indicating their full address (post office box, tel N° fax N°. etc).

Each bid written in English or French shall be signed by the bidder or by a duly authorized representative and presented in Seven (07) copies, that is one (01) original and six (06) copies labeled as such. These shall be submitted in one sealed pack containing three (3) envelopes, that is, Envelope (A): Administrative Documents, Envelope (B): Technical file and Envelope (C): Financial Offer. The sealed pack envelope shall bear no information about the company and shall reach the NkAMBE Council office. Service in charge of the award of contracts not later than 12th May 2017 at 10:00am local time and note should be taken that in case of any ambiguities or differences during opening, only the original copy shall be considered as authentic. FINANCING; FEICOM BUDGET 2017

(TO BE OPENED ONLY DURING BIDS OPENING SESSION)

The maximum period for the execution of the present contract is three (03) months.

Each bid must include a bid bond valid for ninety (90) days, from the date of submission of bids, and issued by a banking Institution approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and whose amount is Six Hundred Thousand (620 000) Francs CFA

Only the originals or certified true copies, of not more than three (3) months old, of the required administrative documents must be submitted. otherwise they will be rejected. Bidders should contact the Contracts Service at ihe NKAMBE Council, for further explanations on the required administrative documents, before submitting their bids.

The opening of bids by the Nkambe Council Internal Tenders Board will take place on 12th May 2017 at 11:00 am local time In the Conference Hall of the NKAMBE Council Internal Tenders Board.This shall be done in one phase, Only bidders or their competent representatives who have good Knowledge of their files may take part in the opening session.
