MINDFUL of Decree N°. 2008/377 of 12/11/2008, fixing the attributions of Heads of Administrative Units and the Organization and functioning of their services;
MINDFUL of Decree No. 2017/343 of 03/07/2017, appointing Mr. SIMON EMILE MOOH Administrateur Civil Principal Hors Echelle, Senior Divisional Officer for Bui Division;
MINDFUL of  Decree 2018/366 of 20/06/2018, to institute the new Public Contract Code;
MINDFUL of Decree N° 2019/030 of23/01/2019, organizing the Ministry of Territorial Administration;
CONSIDERING Decision 00000158/CAB/MINMAP of 15/03/2019 appointing Mr. SHWAi Valentine, Chairman of the Bui Divisional Tenders Board;
CONSIDERING Calls for tenders:
- N° 01/ON1T/E26/BDTB/MINESEC/2019 of 22/03/2019 for the construction of a block of two classrooms each at GTC Kinsejam lotl in Jakiri Sub Division, and GBHS Kimbo lot 2, in Kumbo Sub Division, Bui Division;
-N° 02/ONIT/E26/BDTB/MINESEC/2019 of 22/03/2019 for the construction of a Biomedical Maintenance Workshop at GTHS Kumbo in Bui Division;
-N° 02/RQ/ E.26/BDTB/ MINSEC/2019 OF 22/03/2019, for the supply of equipment of the computer laboratory-n-computing technology and furniture at GTHS kumbo in Bui Division, North West region;
CONSIDERING the Award Proposal contained in letters N° 024/E26/BDTB/2019 and 025/E26/BDTB of 17/05/2019 from the Chairman of the Bui Divisional Tenders Board;
CONSIDERING the necessity of service;

HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE I: With effect from the date of signature of the present Decision the contracts for the execution of the following projects have been awarded as follows:
