The estimated cost of the opération following prior studies stands is: Twenty million (20 000 000 CFA)/share

The Works shall be tendered for in one lot.

Participation in this invitation to tender shall be open on equal conditions to qualified contractors based in Cameroon, who have the financial and technical means to carry eut the above described project.

Works under this tender shall be financed by the Budget of the Public Investment Budget 2025.

The file may be consulled during working hours at the DJOHONG COUNCIL as soon as this notice is published.

They shall bear the following:

The overall exécution timefratne provided by the Project Owner shall be four (04) months from the date of notification of the Notice to Proceed.

Les offres devront être accompagnées d'un cautionnement provisoire d'une durée de validité de quatre-vingt-dix jours (90) jours représentant 4% du cout prévisionnel ; établi selon le modèle indiqué dans le Dossier d'Appel d'Offres, une caution de soumission timbrée au tarif en vigueur établie par une banque de premier rang ou une compagnie d'assurance agréée par le Ministère chargé des Finances et dont la liste figure dans la pièce n° 12 du DAO, d'un montant de : 200 000 pour chaque lot,conformément à l'arrêté en vigueur et valable pendant trente (30) Jours audelà de la date limite de la validité des offres conformément au modèle en annexe. Cette caution de soumission devra être revêtue de la mention manuscrite de l'établissement agréé l'ayant délivrée .elle doit être accompagnée du récépissé de consignation délivré par la Caisse de Dépôt et Consignation(CDEC)

Under pain of being rejected, only originals or true copies certified by the issuing service or administrative authorities (Senior Divisional Officers, Divisiona! Officers...) of the administrative documents required, including the bid bond, must imperatively be produced in accordance with the Spécial Conditions of the invitation to tender.
