Participation in this Request for Quotation is opened to register qualified Contractors of the Republic of Cameroon with financial ability, technical and professional expertise in Supplies.
The equipment, subject of the present Request for Quotation, shall be financed by the 2025 Public Investment Budget.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from the date of publishing of this tender notice, at the service of Development/contracts office of the Konye Council
The complete tender file for Request for quotation may be obtained from the Development/Contract office, Konye Council upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable sum of Twenty five thousand francs (25,000) FCFA into the Konye Council Treasury.
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including one (01) original and Six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Development/Contracts Office of Konye Council not later than 28/02/2025 at 9:OOam local time in three (03) distinct envelops which shah be labelled as follows:

The opening of bids in one phase shall be done on the 28/02/2025 at 10:00am in the Conference Hall of Konye Council by the Konye Council Internai Tenders' Board. Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by a perron of their choice, who has full knowledge of the file (power of attorney)
Bids should be costed exclusive of value added taxes and ail taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by the signed model Request for Quotation.
A bid shall be rejected if:
The non-respect of article 92 sub 9 of the public contract code;
It lacks an Administrative document;
Insufficient or Absent of amount of bid bond
The technical score is less than the minimum required (80%);
Et has a fake or forged document;
Et lacks a quantified unit price;
It cardes a false information.
It does not respect the model documents
