Participation in this Invitation to tender is open to all Cameroonian Companies that have experience in the execution of electrification works.
Works for this invitation to tender will be financed by the 2016 PIP resources.

Tender documents can be consulted and obtained at the Office of the ELAK OKU Council, on the publication of this tender.
The tender files will be obtained on presentation of a payment into the Council treasury of a non-refundable sum, representing the cost of acquisition of the tender file which is FIfty Thousand (50.000) Francs CFA.
When obtaining the tender documents, bidder must get registered indicating their full address (post office box, tel.

Bids drafted in French or English in six (06) copies, including one original and five (05) duplicate labeled as such, must be submitted to the Public Contracts' Service of the ELAK Council, against a duly signed receipt, latest May, before 10am.They must be labeled as follows:

The maximum period for the execution of the present contract is one (01) month.
Each bid must include a bid bond valid for ninety (90) days, from the date of submission of bids, and issued by a
banking institution approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and whose amount is Four Hundred Thousand (400 000) Francs CFA.
Only the originals or certified true copies, of not more than three (3) months old, of the required administrative documents must be submitted, otherwise they will be rejected. Bidders should contactthe Public Contracts' Service of the ELAK Council, for further explanations on the required administrative documents, before submitting their bids.
The opening of bids by the Elak Council Tender Board will take place on 11/05/2017 at 11:00 Am local time in the Conference Hall of the ELAK Council. This shall be done in one phase. Only bidders or their competent representatives who have good knowledge of their files may take part in the opening session.
