Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2025, the Mayor of Isangele Council,

Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to tender for the Construction of road with interlocking bricks at Masaka, Isangele Municipality.

The works comprise the following:

- Reprofiling and shaping of road. In addition, creation of shallow triangular trenches. Backfilling and compaction.

Layout of sand bed.

Layout of concrete pavers including kerbs.

Casting reinforced concrete triangular gutter channels

The estimated cost after studies is Twenty-five million (25 000 000) FCFA all taxes inclusive for each of the lots.

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises or Company that fulfil the requirements of this invitation to tender

Works which form the subject of this invitation to tender, shall be financedby Public Investment Budget of the 2025 financial year, budget head

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from the date of publishing of this tender notice, at the Private Secretariat of the Mayor of the Isangele Council, Tel: 653212239.

The complete tender file may be obtained from the office of the Private Secretary to the Mayor of Isangele Council as soon as this notice is published against a payment of a non-refundable sum of fifty thousands (50.000) FCFA payable at the Isangele Council Treasury.

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the office of the Private Secretary to the Mayor of Isangele Council not later than 21/03/2025 at 9am and should carry the inscription:

The maximum execution deadline provided for by the Contracting Authority shall be Three (03) Months.

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 11 of the tender file, of an amount of Five hundred thousand (500,000) Francs CFA valid for Thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids
