13. ELIMINATORY CRITERIA

  • Absence or non-conformity of a document in the administrative offer beyond the additional 48 hours to be granted if necessary;
  • Absence of the submission bid bond;
  • Absence of the certificate on honor attesting to the non-abandonment of the market in the last three years of the absence on the list of failing companies establish by the MINMAP;
  •  Distort declaration or piece falsified; 
  • Lack of a color prospectus with descriptive detailed;
  •  Lack of the certificate of probate of the vehicles delivered by the MINT. 
  •  Lack of the manufacturer's authorization; 
  •  Non conformity to one the major criteria below:
