Within the framework of the 2025 Public Investment Budget, the Mayor of Idenau Council hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by Emergency Procedure FOR THE EXTENSION OF ELECTRICITY TO BIBUNDE VILLAGE NEW LAYOUT AND BAKINGILI VILLAGE NEW LAYOUT.

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided for in the technical specifications

The estimated cost alter preliminary studies is 50 000 000 FCFA

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfil the requirements of this invitation to tender

Services, subject of this invitation to tender shah be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2025 financial year as follows: BUDGETARY HEAD:

The file may be consulted during working hours (7:30 am — 3:30 pm) at the General Secretariat, Idenau Council as soon as this notice is published.

The file may be obtained from the office of the General Secretariat, Idenau Council as soon as this notice is published against payment of a non-refundable sum of 50 000 FCFA for the tender to the ldenau Municipal Treasury with an acknowledgement receipt thereof

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies includinl tMg;iginal and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the General Secretariat, Idenau Council on 24 /03/2025 at 10.00 am local time and labelled.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document N° 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 1 000 000 F CFA and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

Internal Tenders Board in the Conference Hall, locate at Idenau Council premises. Only bidders ma. attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney

It has any fake or forged document;

Absence of quantified unit price.

-           It carries any false information.

Enterprise has any abandoned project

ii..        Main Qualification criteria

The criteria for qualification of candidates should be on the following:

·           Access to credit or other financial sources (25 million francs at least):       Yes / No

·           References of similar jobs: Yes / No

•     Availability of material and essential equipment       : Yes / No

·           Experience of supervisory staff: Yes / No

·           Methodology               Yes/No

•    Turnover as in business license above or equal to 50 million francs CFA; Yes/No

Non-respect of two (02) of the above criteria shah entait rejection of the bid.

NB: the marking scale for bids by award of points is banned in favour of the binary method (Yes or No).

The Contract shall be awarded to the contractor fulfilling the best technical and financial conditions

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
