Bidders shall comply with the following SCR norms:

     a. Workforce effiliated to CNPS : higher or equal to 3 (online declaration of the past three (3) months), detailed list of personnel with their individuel CNPS registration numbers, attach APS testifying to the update of the payment of social contributions;

     b. Fair remuneration (respect of SMIG : attach DIPE or salary statements) ;

     c. Compliance with gender promotion : at least 20% of women in the workforce (attach list of personnel highlighting the gender report) ; Third party liability insurance policy for the current year (attach insurance policy).

The bids shall be opened on the same day as above in the Meeting hall of the Internal Tenders Commission, 4th floor, room 416, of the CNPS building located at Avenue Kennedy, from 12 noon in the presence of the bidders or their representatives
