The works comprise notably:

Site installation;

Catchment - pumping - extraction pump

Construction of astorage tank of 7.50m3; -          Control system

Distribution network ; - Network Equipment ;

-   Training and maintenance.

The estimated cost after preliminary studies isCFA Francsnineteen million three hundred and fifty thousand 15 000 000) including taxes.

Participation in this invitation to tender is open to duly iegalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfil the requirements of the invitation to tender

The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, e bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount ofthree hundred eighty seven thousand (387 000)CFA francs and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

The opening of administrative documents and the technical and financial bids on                                   at  11 a.m. o'clocklocal time by the KUMBA II1Tenders Board situated atKUMBA III Council Town Hall. Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated persan.

·         False deciaration or forged document;

¨       Absence of the execution methodology and planning work;

¨       Presence of financial information in the technical offer;

·         Non-respect of least at 70% essentiel criteria; Financial offer:

¨       Incomplete financial file;

¨       Absence of quantified unit price;

·         Non-compliant documents. Essential criteria The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates are the following:
