By emergency procedure, within the framework of the execution of the Budget of NASLA 2025, the Director General of NASLA (Contracting authority) hereby launches anOpen National Invitation to Tender N° 01/ONIT/NASLA1 NITB12025 OF 27/02/2025 FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT AND MATERIAL FOR THE MODERN RESTAURANT OF THE NATIONAL SCHOOL OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATION (NASLA), BUEA.
The service consists in the supply and installation of the restaurant equipment and material listed in the Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimates
The total estimated cost of the project after preliminary studies is One hundred and twenty five million (125 000 000) FCFA

The services covered by this call to tender shall be financed by the NASLA budget for the 2025 financial taxes
The tender file may be consulted during working hours (7:30 AM-3:30 PM) from Monday to Friday at the Service of Contracts of NASLA, upon publication of this tender notice
The tender file may be acquired from the Service of Contracts of NASLA as soon as this notice is published and upon presentation of a non-refundable receipt bearing the amount of One hundred thousand (100,000) FCFA payable at the ARMP Account No 335 98800001-89 AT BICEC in the name of CAS-ARMP
Each bid drafted in English or French shall be signed by the bidder or by a duly authorized representative and presented in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such. These shall be submitted in one sealed pack containing three (3) envelopes; (A: Administrative file, B: Technical file, C: Financial file). The sealed pack
