given 48 hours to produce or replace the document in question. (Non conformity of administrative documents, technical offers and specifications, antecedents of bad execution of contracts etc

The technical score is less than the minimum required

The non-respect of 02 criteria shall cause the elimination of the bid.

NB: the marking scale for offers .by award of points is banned in favour of t ie binary method (Yes or No).

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the deadline set for the submission of bids.
