Within the framework of the 2025 PUBLIC INVESTMENT BUDGET, the Mayor Tiko Council hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender (BY EMERGENCY PROCEDURE) FOR THE PAVEMENT OF ROAD STRETCHES FROM TIKO TOWN GREEN HALL TO FAITH PHARMACY AND THE CROSSING ROAD AT THE TIKO MARKET MAIN GATE TO MEET MARCHE MONDIAL
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications as follows;

The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the 08 OF _04_2025 at 11:00 am local time by the Tiko Council Internai Tenders Board in the Conference Hall of Tiko Council.
Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person
Eliminatory Criteria

Non-respect of two (02) of the above criteria shall entail rejection of the bid. NB: the marking scale for bids by award of points is banned in favor of the binary method (Yes or No).
The Contract shall be awarded to the contractor fulfilling the best technical and financial conditions.
