The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 300 000 CFAF and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

Under pain of being rejected, only originals or certified true copies from the issuing service or administrative authorities (Senior Divisional Officers, Divisional Ofticers, etc.) of the documents required must imperatively be produced in accordante with the special conditions of the Invitation to tender. They must not be older than three (03) months.

Any bid not in conformity with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shah be declared inadmissible. Especially the absence of a bid bond issued by an approved bank by the Ministry in charge of Finance or the non-respect of the models of the Tender File documents shah lead to outright rejection of the bid without appeal.

The bids shah be opened in a single (01) phase on the 27/03/2025 at llam local Lime by the Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of Dikome Balue Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

A bid shah be rejected if: It lacks bid bond;

-         The technical score is less than the minimum required;

-        It has any fake or forged document;

-        It lacks any quantified unit price;

-        It carries any false information.

-        h does not respect the model documents

The Contracting Authority shah award the contract te the bidder whose bid was judged essentially in conformity with the Tender File and who has the required technical and financial capacities te execute the contract satisfactorily and whose bid was evaluated as the lowest by including, where necessary, proposed rebates

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
