The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 9 000 000 FRS.

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issucd by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 180 000 CFAF and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

Under pain of being rejected, only originals or certified truc copies from the issuing service or administrative authorities (Senior Divisional Officers, Divisional Officers, etc.) of the documents required must imperatively be produced in accordante with the special conditions of the Invitation to tender. They must not be older than three (03) months.

Any bid not in conformity with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shah be declared inadmissible. Especially the absence of a bid bond issued by an approved bank by the Ministry in charge of Finance or the non-respect of the models of the Tender File documents shah lead to outright rejection of the bid without appeal

The bids shah be opened in a single (01) phase on the 01/04/2025 at llam local time by the Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of Dikome Balue Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

Main Eliminatory Criteria
A bid shall be rejected if:

-     It lacks bid bond;

The technical score is less than the minimum required;

It has any fake or forged document;

-     It lacks any quantified unit price;

-     h =Tics any false information.

-     h does not respect the model documents

The criteria for qualification of candidates should be on the following:

Non-respect of two (02) of the above criteria shah entais rejection of the bid.

The Contracting Authority shah award the contract to the bidder whose bid was judged essentially in conformity with the Tender File and who has the required technical and financial capacities to execute the contract satisfactorily and whose bid was evaluated as the lowest by including, where necessary, proposed rebates

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
