DEVELOPEITENT hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by Emergency
Procedure, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MARKET HALLS IN MUYUKA MARKET
(21.25X12.38) M WITH SIX TABLES OF FIVE USERS EACH

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical speciflcations

2.    The estimated costs after preliminary study is 65,000,000 (Sixt^-y Five Million) FCFA.

The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian Enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender

The works winch form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by Public Investment Budget of the 2025 NI INDDEVEL financial year; Budget Head 

ln terested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from 7:30 Am —3:30pin at die Technical Service in Muyulia Couneil

The coniplete tender file may be obtained from the itivuka Counci/ upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a nonrefundable SUIVI of: 100,000 (One bundred thousand) FCFA at the Muyuka Municipal Treastity. (7:30am tri 3:3Iem).

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including one original and Six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the teclinical service of Mnyuka Gemmi! on or baore 09/04/2025 at 8:00am local time and labeled.

12. ADMISSIBILITY OF OFFERS:

The bills shah be opened in a single (01) phase on 09/ 04/2025 at 9:00am local time by the Muyuka Council Internal Tender board at the  conference hall of the Muyuka Council  buildingr.
Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited d representatives with Power of Attorney

Bids shah I be rejected when:

1-     There's absence of Bid Bond in the administrative documents

2-     Failure to present absent document in the administrative offer'48.hours after opening

3-     There's any fake document, False declaration or forged documé^-nt

There's absence of quantified unit price: MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates will indicatively be on the following:
