Within the framework of the 2025 Public Investment Budget, the ton/ Mayor illayulia iuncil on behalf of the MINISTER OF DECENTRALIZATION ANI) LOCAL PEVELOPEMENT hereby lamelles an Open National Invitation to Tender by Emergency Procedure, FOR THE GRADING OF 1.5KM FARM TO MARKET ROAD FROM NRN°8 TO EKOMBE-EKOMBE SAND QUARRY IN MUYUKA

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technicai specifications

 The estimated costs after preliminary study is 23,000.000 (Twenty Thrce Million) 

The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian Enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender

The works which forai the subject of this invitation to tender shah be financed by Public lnvestment Budget of the 2025 MI NADER financial year; Budget Head 

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from 7:30 Am —3:30pm at the Technical Service in Muyuka Council

The complete tender file may be obtained from the Muyuka Council upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a nonrefundable sum of: 50,000 (Fifty thousand) FCFA at the Muyukla Municipal Treasury. (7:30am to 3:30pm).

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on 08/04/2025 at 9:OOam local time by the Muyuka Council Interna Tender Board at the conference hall of the Muyuka Council building. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney

: ELIMINATORY CRITERIA

Bids shall be rejected when:

1-   There's absence of Bid Bond in the administrative documents

2-   Failure to present absent document in the administrative offer 48 hours after opening

3-   There's any fake document, False declaration or forged document

4-   There's absence of quantified unit price

5-   Featuring on the MINMAP list of Enterprises that have abandoned public contract or ongoing contracts

The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates will indicatively be on the following:
