-MindfuI of the constitution of the Republic of Cameroon;
-Mindful of law No. 2007/806 of 26/12/2007 bearing on the finance regime of Cameroon:
-Mindful of the Loan/Grant Agreement No.2100150030193/2100155026167 dated 16/12/2013 respectively between the African Development Bank and the Government of Cameroon for the financing of the Grassfield Support Project for Rural Infrastructures and Participatory Development (GP-DERUDEP II);
-Mindful of Decision No. 0908/MINADER/CAB of 12th September 2013 creating the Project Management Unit of GP-DERUDEP II;
-Mindful of Decision No. 0909/MlNADER/CAB of 12th September 2013 appointing the Project Management team of GP-DERUDEP II with Mr Muluh Gregory Nguh as Project Coordinator of Grassfield II Project.
-Mindful of Circular No. 04/001/MlNEFIB of 08/01/2004 bearing on instruction relating to the execution of the state budget and subsidized corporations;
-Considering African Development bank letter No CMFO/LT/NA/2015/10/00000376 of 06/11/2015 approving the plan of the building and recommending the Project to use the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) as the mode of procurement.
-Considering the Open national invitation of to tender No.: 019/2016/NCB/STB/ GRASSFIELD II of 13/05/2015 for the construction of Santa/Tubah antenna office
-Considering the necessity of service;
DECIDES as follows:
Article 1: The contracts for the construction of Santa/Tubah antenna office in Santa/Tubah production basin in the North West Region following the recommendation of the Special Tenders Board have been awarded as follows:
