Within the framework of the 2025 PUBLIC INVESTMENT BUDGET, the Mayor Tiko Council hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender (BY EMERGENCY PROCEDURE) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE AND FILLING OF ROAD PLATFORM FROM MUTENGENE POLICE STATION TO TOMATOES MARKET.

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications as follows;

The estimated cost alter preliminary studies is 43 000 000 FRS

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be fundod by the PUBLIC INVESTMENT BUDGET of the Ministry of DECENTRALISATION AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT for the 2025 financial year, Budgetary Head: 59 27 100 02 641932 464211 821

Under pain of being rejected, only originals or certified true copies from the issuing service or administrative authorities (Senior Divisional Officers, Divisional Officers, etc.) of the documents required must imperativeiy be produced in accordance with the special conditions of the Invitation to tender. They must not be older than three (03) months.

Any bid not in conformity with the prescriptions of this notice an i tender file shall be declared inadnissible. Especially the absence of a bid bond issued by an approved bank by the Ministry in charge of Finance or the non-respect of the models of the Tender File documents shall lead to outright rejection of the bid without appeal.
