Within the framework of implementing the activities related to 2025 Public Investment Budget allocated to Menji Council, the mayor of Menji council hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the Supply of a DUMP TRUCK TO MENJI COUNCIL
The services related to this contract shall comprise the Tender for the Supply of a DUMP TRUCK TO MENJI COUNCIL as described in the technical specifications given below

Participation in this invitation to tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian based enterprises that are licensed in the supply of heavy-duty vehicles and which fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
The supplies which are subject of this invitation to tender shall be fmanced by the 2025 Public Investment
Budget of the Ministry of decentralisation, Budget Line: 592710002641917524415821, and Expenditure Authorization : JA03761 and local development allocated to Menji council

The tender file may be obtained from the same address payment of the sum of 200,000 (Two hundred thansands FCFA payable at the menji municipal treasury.
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies comprising one (01) original and six copies marked as such, should reach the Menji council office Friday 28 March 2025, at 10.00 a.m. and labelled as follows

The maximum deadline provided for the delivery of the various items that are subject of this tender is fixed at 04 (Four) months. The vehicle shall be delivered at Menji council office in Menji
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate banking/insurance establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document N° 12 of the Tender File and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids amounting to FCFA 2,000,000 (two million francs FCFA).
11. Admissibility of Bids
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies comprising one (01) original and six copies marked as such, should reach the Menji council office Friday 28 March 2025, at 10.00 a.m. and labelled as follows

The bids shall be opened in a single phase on Friday 28 March 2025 at lla.m. local time in the Conference Hall, at the Menji council office by the Menji council internai tenders board. Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person

1. Absence of a bid bond; .
2. Absence or non-conformity of an administrative document after 48hours
3. False declaration or falsified document;
4. Non-compliance with at least 70% of the minor technical specifications of the equipment;
5. Absence of quantified unit price;
6. Absence of prospectus accompanied by the technical sheets from the manufacturer or Representative
7. Absence of agreement or authorization from the manufacturer;

The contract shall be awarded to the bidder whose administrative bid shall be up-to-date, technical bid judged satisfactory and who shall be the lowest financial bidder.
Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days effective from the date of opening of bids.
