Within the fromework of the execution of the 2025 State Budget, the Mayor of Ekonao Titi council hereby launches an open national invitation to tender FOR TUE CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF 'MO (02) OF VII' TOILETS AT GRAND STAND EKONDO 'F111 AND EKONDO TITI BEACH

The works comprise notably: FOR "I•!IE CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF TWO (02) OF VII' TOILETS A•T GRAND STAND EKONDO TITI AND EKONDO TITI BEACII

This involves the realisation of the tasks outlined in the bits of quantities and cost

and elaborateci in the special technical clauses comprising notably:                               0 N

Preliminary works and actions involving complementary studies and site

Eorth works

Elevation/masonry works ;

Metal works

Painting ;

Plumbing works, accessories and others.

Tne estimaied cost after preliminary studies stands at: Nine Million eight hundred thousand francs (9,800,000) FCFA.

The works which form the subject of this invitation to tender are grouped in one lot.

Poricipation is opened to all duly registered Cameroonian enterprises with the necessary technical, financial and legal capacities and who are not under suspension by the authority in charge of public contracts.

The tender file may be consulted during working hours in the Ekondo Titi council office, Service of public contract or the secretariat of the Internai Tenders Board, Tel: 681 982 287 as soon as this notice is pubfished.

Such a receipt shah identify the concerned bidder.

Each bid drafted in English or French shall be signed by the bidder or by a duly authorized representative and presented in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such. These shah' be submiited in one sealed pack containing three (3) envelopes; (A: Administrative file, B: Technical file, C: Financial file). The sealed pack shah bear no information on the enterprise, and should reach service of public contracf or the secretary of the infernal Tenders Board, Tel: 681 982 287: latest the 04/04/2025 at 10:00 am local time and should carry the inscription:
