The works comprise notably; For the supply of equipment and working materials at Iiteracy center in Ekondo Titi. This involves the realisation of the tasks outlined in the bills of quantities and cost estimates and elaborated in the special technical clauses comprising notably;

- Prelimanary works and actions involving complementary studies Supply of cassava graters

Supply of presses

The estimated cost alter preliminary studies is 15 000 000 CFA FR

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Service of award of Contracts, Ekondo titi Council Office, Ndian Division not later than 07/05/ 2025 at 10 a.m. local time and labeled.

"To be opened only during the bid opening session

The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at two months.

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bançaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of the tender file of an amount of Three hundred thousand francs (300 000) FCFA. With a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date the bids are opened

9.          Under pain of being rejected, only originels or certified true copies from the issuing service or administrative authorities (Senior Divisional Officers, Divisional Officers, Divisional Delegates of Agriculture and Rural development, etc.) of the documents required must imperatively be produced in accordance with the special conditions of the Invitation to tender. They must not be older than three (03) months. Any bid not in conformity with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shah be declared inadmissible. Especially the absence of a bid bond issued by an approved ba the Ministry in charge of Finance or the non-respect of the models of the Tender Fil documents shall lead to outright rejection of the bid without appeal.

The bids shall be opened in a single phase on 07/05/ 2025 at 11 am loc the Tender Board of the Contracting authority in the Conference Hall of the Ekondo titi Office, in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full know of the file.

13.2. Main qualification (essentiel) criteria: The eveluation of the bids shall be done on predefined technical criteria following the binary process ('Yes' or 'No'). The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates will indicatively be on the folowing:

·         General presentation, compliance with model bid;

·         Financial capacity

·         Experience (references) of the enterprise;

·         Personnel to be mobilised

·         Ongoing job within the municipality

·         Material and essentiel equipment put at the disposai of the project;

·         Methodology, organization of the site and relevance of proposed

·         Duration of execution.

The contract shall be awarded to the qualified bidder with the lowes financial offer.

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the date of opening of bids.
