Within the framework of the exécution of the Public Investment Budget of 2025, the Mayor of Foumbot council hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the construction of community store house of Njimbot2, West Région, Noun Division, Foumbot council.
Funding: BIP MINADER 2025.

The Works, which are the object of this open national invitation to tender shall consist the construction of community store house of Njimbot 2 {Marché des vivres) which includes:
Preparaiory works:
Earthworks;
Foundation works;
Elévation of blocks works;
Roofing;
Lumber and metalilc works;
Electricity works;
Painting works;
VRD:
Miscellaneous.

Provisional cost - Twenty three millions (23 000 000) FCFA.

Participation in this invitation to tender shall be open to Cameroonian-based enterprises with experience in the domain

The tender file may be consulted during working hours at Foumbot council (Contracts Service), and ARMP upon publication of this invitation to tender.

The tender file may be obtained from the Mayor of Bafoussam 1st subdivision council, located at Further information may be obtained during working hours from the Foumbot council upon submission of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable sum of FCFA 50 CDD (fifty thousand) to the municipal treasury of Foumbot.

The deadline of exécution set by the Contracting Authority shall be three (03) months calendar day each.

Each bidder shall include in his/her administrative file, a provisional guarantee issued by a well-established bank, approved by the Mlnistry in charge of finance and whose list features in Document 12 of the Tender File with a validity period of 30 (thirty) days beyond the original date of validity of bids to the tune of: Fourth hundred and sixt>' thousand (460 000) Francs CFA.

Any other required administrative documents must be produced as original documents or photocopies certified as authentic by the issuing authority within the last three months or in course of validity, according to the listing provided for in the spécial régulations of the tender, otherwise they shall not be accepted.
Any bid not in compliance with the spécifications of this tender notice and file shall be rejected. Notably. the absence of the provisional guarantee issued by a well-esîablished bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance or its non-compliance with the model documents of the tender file shall lead to outright rejection of the bid.

Bids shall be opened in one phase. The administrative, technical and financial bids shall be opened on 08/04/2025 at 12 a.m local time by the further information may be obtained during working hours from the Foumbot council.

1 MAIN ELIIVIINATORY CRITERIA :

d) False déclaration, falsified or scanned documents;
e) Be listed on the file of suspended enterprise;
f) Finance capacity > or = 70%
g) Omission of a quantified unit price in the financial offer;
h) Certification of photocopies of certified documents.
i) Absence of a sub détail of a quantified price.
j) Absence of and honor déclaration to have not abandoned a public contract during the last three years.
2- MAIN ESSENTIALS CRITERIA
The évaluation of technical bids will be made following the binary (yes / no) System based on the essentiai qualification criteria below:
a) Financial capacity >70 % of provisional amount
b) Référencés ofthe company;
c) Construction equipment to be mobiiized;
d) Senior staff of the company;
e) Technical proposai;
f) Présentation of the bid;
g) Presence women in the members work
Only bidders having obtained at least 70% of yes shall be admitted to the financial analysis.

Bidders will remain committed to their offers for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
