The Amount of the project after preliminary studies is fixed at FIFTEEN Million, Francs (15 000 000) FCFA

The maximum deadline provided by the project owner for the delivery of the supplies is One (01) Month

5.Participation et origine New(Additif)

1. Participation :

Participation in this invitation is open to registered qualified contractors of the Republic of Cameroon with financial ability, technical and professional expertise in medical equipment Supplies.

6.Financement New(Additif)

1. Financing :

The supplies, subject of the present Request for Quotation, shall be financed by the Public Investment Budget 2025

The Quotation can be consulted and obtained as from the date of publication of this invitation to tender, at the Akwaya Council Contracts Office, Tel: 670 939 602/ 678 281 420.

The file may be consulted during working hours at the Akwaya Council Chambers as soon as this notice is published

5. Acquisition of the Quotation file

With effect from the date of signature of this quotation upon presentation of receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of Th irty Thousand (30,000) CFA francs, payable at the Municipal Treasury Akwaya A copy of the receipt showing payment of the fee shall be

attached to the Quotation.

The bidder shah submit 01 original (indicated as such) and 04 copies of the bid in English or French at the Secretariat of the contract unit of the Akwaya Council office against a receipt on or before14/5/ 2025 at 9am. The outer envelope shall bear the inscription :

8.-Bid Bond

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the tender file and ATTACHED A RECIEPT FROM CAISSE DE DÉPÔTS ET DE CONSIGNATIONS (CDEC) of an amount of THREE HUNDRED Thousand (300,000) CFA francs a valid ity period for Thirty (30) days from the date they opened.

On pain of being rejected, only originels or true copies certified by the issuing service or administrative authorities must imperatively be produced in accordance with the Special Regulations of the invitation 10 tender. They must ohligatorily be not older than three (3) months preceding the date of y Tl/mission of offers or may be established after the signature of the tender notice. Any offer not in con mility with the prescriptions of this notice and tender

file shah be declared inadmissible. the absence of a bid bond issued by a first-rate
bank approved by the Minister in charge of Finance or the non-respect of the models of the tender file documents shah lead to a pure and simple reject ion of the offer.
