1.      The Government of the Republic of Cameroon has obtained a loan from the World Bank to finance the cost of the Emergency Food Security Response Project (PULCCA) and intends to use part of the sums granted under this financing to make the payments planned under the contract relating to the construction of four (04) root and tuber storage warehouses in one (01) lot in the Adamaoua + Touboro region.

1.      The Emergency Food Security Response Project (PULCCA) hereby invites bidders to submit their Offers in a sealed envelope for the realization of four (04) root and tuber storage warehouses in one (01) lot in the Adamaoua + Touboro region, including the following localities:

The work includes the following operations, the list of which is not exhaustive:

ü  Preliminary work on all structures;

ü Foundations;

ü  Masonry and elevation;

ü  Framework, roofing and false ceiling;

ü  Aluminum, wood and metal carpentry;

ü  Electricity;

ü  Coating and coating;

ü  Paint ;

ü  Sanitation and VRD;

ü  Taking into account the environmental aspect.

1.      The expected duration of the work is six (06) months from the date of notification of the Start-up Service Order.

1.      The Offers must be accompanied by an Offer Guarantee , for an amount of Two million (2,000,000) CFA Francs.

: Each offer will be written in French or English and in seven (07) copies including one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, plus a USB key containing the offers scanned in PDF file as well as the technical offer and the financial offer in WORD and EXCEL file, and must arrive in sealed envelopes. 1.      Tenders must be delivered to the address below no later than 14 MAI 2025 at 2:00 p.m. (local time; GMT+1) . Electronic submission of tenders will not be permitted . Any Tender received after the deadline for submission of tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the Tenderers and any person who wishes to attend the opening of the tenders at the address indicated below on 14 MAI 2025 at 3:00 p.m. (local time).

1.      Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations which require the Borrower to disclose information on the beneficial ownership of the successful Bidder, as part of the Contract Award Notification, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the tender document.
