Within the framework of Public Investment b'udget 2025, the Lord ivrayor of Tinto Councif, Contracting Authority hereby launches an OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER BY EMERGENCY PROCEDURE FOR THE SUPPLY OF A GRADER FOR TINTO COUNCIL, MANYU DIVISION, SOUTH WEST REGION.

The works comprise the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided for in the technical specification and the quantitative estimates

PREVISIONNAL COST:150 000 000FCFA

The tender is open to duly legallzed Cameroonian enterprises that fulfil the requirements of invitation to tender

These projects shah! be financed by the relevant credit allocation in the Public Investment Budget 2025 and the Tinto Council.

The tender file can be consulted and obtained as from the date of publication of this invitation to tender at the Tinto Council Secretariat.

The maximum Execution deadline provided for by the Contracting Authority shah be three (03) months.

Each bidder must include in his Administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No.12 of the tender file, of an amount of Three Million (3 000 000) CFA francs for a validity period of sixty (60) deys from the date of opening.

Especially the absence of a bid bond issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Minister in charge of Finance or the non-respect of the models of the tender file documents shall lead to a pure and simple rejection of the offer.

The non-respect of two (02) criteria shall cause the elirnination of the offer.

The contract shah be awarded to the lowest bidder who satisfies the Administrative and Technical dispositions

Bidders will remain committed to their offers for sixty (60) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
